#sb156 allowing car dealers to act as agents of DMV passes 176 to 166
Amendment to include bi-annual vehicle inspections added to the bill FAILS 218 to 130.

This bill allows short term title loans with annual rates of 300%. #nhhouse voted that 18% was too high for Towns to charge but 300% is ok? I voted in the minority.
Amend sb57 to limit Town interest rate
rate but ALLOW predatory high interest loans up to 300% to title loan lenders. #nhhouse #nhpolitics Amendment fails 213 to 134.

3 brothers from Durham win competition for "Energy Plan" #nh #Durham
Clean Air-Cool Planet, the University of New Hampshire, and its partners are pleased to announce the winners of the My Energy PlanTM (MEP) Video Challenge 2011 for New Hampshire residents.
